MUNICIPAL ART SOCIETY (MASNYC)
MASNYC is a society that works towards a livable city. They focus on preserving historical landmarks as well as supporting innovation for the City of New York. This 4-story space is designed to represent the juxtaposition of their mission with a push-pull concept. The space is designed for both public and private areas. The design is a marrying of industrial style and natural elements.
LARGE OFFICE
TRAVEL MAGAZINE GROUP

Revista is a ficticious travel magazine group that includes 5 travel related magazines. This group project focuses on space planning for an occupancy of 100+ people. Each magazine has its own space within the 15th floor office space. A monumental stair was also designed in this project.
EL POLLO LOCO
CORPORATE OFFICES

Corporate offices were designed for an assigned fast food chain restaurant. This office space was designed for El Pollo Loco.
The feel in the space is warm and rustic, pulling inspiration from Mexio. The use of natural elements such as stone, wood and stucco make the office space feel more natural. Patterned glass is used to provide privacy, but preserve natural light passage throughout the office.
